The place is very cramped, the music is very loud, and the smoke is very suffocating. The service is excellent; the girl at the cashier is very nice and polite. The guys smoking shisha are also nice.

This is not the level of service I expect as a client, and it reflects poorly on your organization. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly.
