تقريبا زبونتهم من ٣ سنين ، اول سنه كانت جيده لكن بعدها صار من اسوأ الجيمات بالاردن من حيث اولا معاملة المدربين مع الزبائن و النظرات الغير مريحه من المدربين للبنات ب طريقة غير جيده بتاتاً و المسبح الي ٢٤ ساعه معك حصص سباحة الاطفال مافي مجال انك تسبح و المسبح غير نضيف بتاتاً حتى ال dressing rooms الي مافيها مجال و الاطفال الي مشاركين النساء فيها لا الshowers فاضيه ولا ال wc و بس تحكي للادارة مافي حلول سييئين جداً جداً

I’ve been going to RizeUp consistently for four years, so leaving genuinely isn’t an easy decision. The facilities and equipment are good, and I’ve always felt comfortable there. However, I’m currently looking for a gym with stronger customer service, member care, and overall attention to the member experience. From my personal experience, I felt there was a gap in these areas, particularly in consistency and responsiveness. I hope to see these areas improve in the future. With a stronger customer service approach, better consistency, and the right focus on the member experience, I believe RizeUp could be a very good gym.

Oh my god, why are the reviews so bad? I was going to register but I changed my mind.

I had a great experience with Dana Sabbah at the gym. She is very friendly, professional, and helpful. Dana was always welcoming and took the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made the overall experience much better.
