في الأسبوع الماضيWent there to watch the world cup matches and though the place was crowded, the team were working smoothly to bring orders on time and no delays. Nice ambiance and good food.

a week agoIf it were possible to give zero stars or even negative stars I would. Unfortunately, one star is the lowest rating Google allows. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I came as a tourist from Dubai, looking forward to visiting Chestnut, but I was treated with disrespect from the moment I arrived. The bouncer refused to let me in, saying I didn’t meet the dress code. I was wearing smart streetwear suitable for a nightlife restaurant, and saying it was because of my shoes. What upset me the most was how I was treated. While I was trying to speak with him, he simply walked away in the middle of the conversation which I found extremely rude and unprofessional. We then asked to speak with the manager hoping to resolve the situation. Instead the manager told me that even if I changed what I was wearing, he still wouldn’t allow me to enter At that point, it no longer felt like a dress code issue. It felt personal, and honestly, it even made me wonder whether racism played a role. I don’t know if that was the case, but that is genuinely how the experience made me feel. As a tourist visiting Jordan , I had high expectations for the hospitality and service, but this experience was incredibly disappointing, humiliating, and disrespectful. I hope the management learns how to treat guests with basic courtesy and respect, even if they decide not to admit them.
