Expensive gym. Zero accountability. Zero respect I was a loyal member for years, but stopped going after a staff member started a confrontation with me in the gym’s parking lot over a parking spot. He verbally disrespected me, told me “You have no respect,” and then escalated the situation to the point of attempting to get physical with me. I reported the incident to management, but their response was extremely disappointing. No serious action. No accountability. Nothing that made me feel that customer safety or respect actually mattered. For a gym this expensive and supposedly one of the best in Amman, this is completely unacceptable. The worst part wasn’t just the employee’s behavior it was management’s failure to deal with it properly. Would not recommend..

I cannot recommend Coach Abdallah and Omar enough. They truly transform kids from zero to hero, and unlock their potential. Their attention to detail and clear, direct feedback completely improve swimming techniques. They took the time to find weak spots and work hard to improve them in a way that finally clicked. Supportive and professional coaches!

the interior is nice, the space is big, and the swimming pool is also good. Unfortunately, the service and support inside the gym are very disappointing. Once you subscribe, you’re basically left to figure everything out on your own. There are hardly any coaches around to help unless you’ve already subscribed to personal training. No one showed us how to properly use the machines, and we had to keep asking for a workout schedule ourselves(which was mentioned to be included in our subscription) . Even after repeatedly asking, it took around three weeks to finally receive a schedule, and when we did, it was very basic and not specialized or tailored to our needs at all. For a gym at this level and price, I expected much better guidance and customer support.
