a month agoOne of the worst places I've ever visited! Unfortunately, they ruined the atmosphere with their terrible service. We asked if they had any meals, and they said yes, but we ordered a burger. Two hours or more passed, and the order still hadn't arrived. Every few minutes they'd say, "Just 5 more minutes." What kind of lies and deception are they using? They should have been clear from the start that they didn't have any. The place wasn't full, and the staff was understaffed. Even the hookah server took forever to come and fix it; it was unbelievable. Honestly, the worst experience.

a month agoThe service was the worst I've ever seen. The tables were filthy, and you had to call them to clean up; they didn't come on their own, nor did they welcome customers. We ordered shisha, and no one came to check it or change the coals. All we could hear was the workers shouting, cursing, and using bad language. They were unwelcoming and unfriendly. A terrible experience that I won't repeat. The only downside is that the place itself is nice and pleasant. What a shame!
