We had an amazing experience with Wonkaland from the moment we booked until the day of our birthday party! Everything went so smoothly, and I truly appreciate their team. I had many questions before the event, and they were always responsive, patient, and willing to help. They called me the day before the party to go over everything and make sure we were on the same page. This was the first time I hosted a birthday party without having to worry about last-minute changes to the schedule! At the two other birthday venues I had used previously, I was asked to change the party time just one week before the event. With Wonkaland, everything was well organized. They have free parking, which was another huge plus! On the day of the party, 5–6 staff members came to help me with the setup. I was impressed by how proactive and self-sufficient they were. They didn’t need much instruction and took the initiative to make sure everything was taken care of. When we unexpectedly ran out of paper plates, they quickly found extras for us and carried on serving the cake as if nothing had happened, which amazed me! A huge thankyou to Rand, who did beautiful face painting with gorgeous glitter. Rand also always made sure my child got to go first before the other children for face painting, hitting the piñata, etc.! My child remembers those moments and felt special. Special thanks as well to Suzanne, who oversaw everything and handled our onsite requests so efficiently and professionally. The venue itself is also wonderful, spacious, clean, and bright with lots of beautiful natural light coming through the large windows. The Wonkaland team made the entire experience stressfree, allowing us to focus on having a great time celebrating our child’s birthday.
