I had the worst experience with this place. I booked my appointment a month in advance, but when I confirmed, they told me my name wasn’t in their system. When I explained that I’m a bride and my wedding is tomorrow, the receptionist said she “didn’t care” and started yelling at me instead of trying to help. My original appointment was at 1:00 PM, but after a lot of pressure, they moved it to 7:00 PM completely ruining my schedule the day before my wedding. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Very unprofessional in dealing with clients and unhelpful throughout the booking process. I requested an appointment with a specific staff member three weeks in advance, but was told the schedule hadn’t been opened yet. I called back at the time the owner asked me to, and she said she would call me back in two minutes — but she never did. After following up the next day, I was told the schedule was already full. The owner responded aggressively and hung up on me. Additionally, not all staff members seem professional, and there are concerns about potential infection risks which happened to my sister. Additionally I have been treated this way after being a client for almost 3 years and getting them clients.

If you’re looking for the perfect Russian gel manicure, ask for Mesh Mesh—you won’t be disappointed! The results are always flawless. The salon is conveniently located on the ground floor, right across from Base Coffee. It’s the best spot for some well-deserved hand and foot pampering!

Honestly, this is a shameful and bad approach. If you're late for an appointment, it's perfectly normal for someone to accuse you of it and hang up on you. Some people's approach is vulgar in every sense of the word. Imagine the receptionist called and cursed at the customers while she was messing up their appointments. I tried to resolve the issue, but she hung up on me and cursed me out.

I absolutely do not recommend it. You make an appointment and then they talk to you badly and hang up on you. It's a waste of time to go to him in better salons with a nicer style.
