My stay at Thousand Nights Hotel was far from what you’d expect from a so-called 5-star property. The hotel is clearly old and poorly maintained — rooms are designed like they’re from a bygone era, but not in a stylish or elegant way. Everything feels worn out and clumsy. I was told there would be a Jacuzzi in the room, but when I checked in, there was nothing of the sort in the bathroom. The main hallways are dark and unwelcoming, and the rooms themselves feel cramped and outdated. Service was another major letdown. At check-out, I had to wait over 15 minutes with no explanation or courtesy. During checkout, it was the same story — more waiting and no staff available to help with my luggage. For a hotel that claims to be 5-star, this level of service is unacceptable. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. The experience felt more like a budget stay with poor service and outdated facilities. Definitely not worth the money.

This has honestly been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve traveled to over 15 countries and never seen anything like this. And just to be clear I’m Jordanian, so this isn’t coming from unrealistic expectations. 1- The pillows were super uncomfortable, the room was hot even with the AC on, and the blankets were so heavy they made it worse. We arrived at 1 AM, exhausted, and asked for lighter blankets. We specifically said we were really tired and hoped they wouldn’t take long. It still took about 30 minutes, and they brought us the same heavy blanket, just a smaller one even though there were two of us in the room! I asked again, either for a lighter blanket or to change rooms, and they brought a blanket cover. I'm paying for a 5-star hotel and I get a blanket cover as a solution?? 2- The customer service is below average. Every time we called for anything, it took ages sometimes up to an hour, even after multiple follow-ups. I asked for an iron and ended up waiting 70 minutes before giving up because I had to leave for an appointment. And that’s just one example... 3- The QR codes for room service don’t work, and they have no backup plan. The first day, we scanned the code and were able to order breakfast. The next day, it stopped working, none of our devices could access the page. We called reception and explained, and they told us to check Instagram. There was nothing useful there. We called again and asked them to bring a physical menu, and someone showed up after an hour... without a menu! He just told us to scan the same broken QR code. We ended up skipping lunch that day. Tried again later in the evening same issue, no solution! The only good thing about the hotel is the location, and I do appreciate that when we accidentally left some money in the room, it was still there after housekeeping came in. But overall, this hotel was far from what you'd expect from a 5-star experience!

I had a pleasant stay at Thousand Nights Hotel. The rooms were clean, the furniture was modern and comfortable, and the service was acceptable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was also great, offering a variety of delicious options. However, my experience was affected by the noise from wedding/marriage parties held at the hotel. It was quite loud, making it difficult to relax at night. Additionally, the view from my room was not impressive, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it’s a good hotel with great service and amenities, but the noise can be an issue for those looking for a peaceful stay.

Overall, very happy with the stay. Amazing customer service and great breakfast selection. Rooms are comfortable, but not at level of true 5 star, maybe 4.5. Location is great with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, would stay here again. Great value for the price.
